Job Description
- We’re a multifaceted entertainment and marketing platform that helps connect brands to new and existing markets through a versatile comedy channel, informative content and a strong online media presence.
- We currently seek an individual with a history of successful performance to join the team as a Creative Writer at our Lagos Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorming and developing creative ideas for various types of content such as listicles, articles, blog posts, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Conducting research to gather information and insight on the topic at hand, and using the same to inform writing.
- Writing and editing content that is entertaining, engaging, accurate, and free of errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Collaborating with other departments such as Business and Content to ensure that content is on-brand, visually appealing, and effectively communicates the intended message.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, as well as changes in SEO and social media algorithms that may impact content creation.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum of HND in English / Mass Communication or other related fields.
- Two (2) years of writing experience.
- Exceptional command of the English Language, both written & spoken.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO Principles.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and research in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
