Negxy Concept Limited is an international, educational and consulting agency in Nigeria that aims at fulfilling the desires of students with the intentions to study abroad. Since the year 2013, our experienced consultants have been privileged to assist over 5,000 students, ensuring they have a stress-free application process which is based on their interests, academic records and the best offers available for them. Negxy Concept Limited was founded to enable students from various parts of the country pursue foreign education with the help of our counseling services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role

  • This is a senior position with the responsibility of running the day-to-day sales operations of the NeGxy Port Harcourt office and generating business for the company.
  • The post holder will provide professional advice and guidance to students interested in studies in the UK, USA, CANADA, IRELAND and AUSTRALIA.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with Team and Leadership skills, result-orientated with a strong interest in marketing.
  • In addition, the candidate will be expected to contribute in driving the growth and vision of the company.

Main Duties
The complete responsibility of the Branch’s Operations and achievement of Sales Targets:

  • Managing the counselling and follow-up activities.
  • A robust system of follow-up at every stage with students and client institutions.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service for students and parents.
  • Timely and regular monitoring of the above to ensure processes are being followed.
  • Ensuring a high standard of information and knowledge of counselling staff.
  • Sound local knowledge of media and promotion opportunities based on evaluation and prior experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills and PR skills.
  • Creative ideas and business acumen.
  • Strong leadership and positive people skills with the ability to lead by example.
  • Fair and professional way of working with staff to ensure a good working environment.
  • Ensuring that new staff receives proper induction and training.
  • Communication of key messages or updates about the company to staff.
  • Prepare effective marketing and promotional plan.
  • Professional counselling services are offered to students and parents based on their interests and ability.
  • Setting rigorous follow-up mechanisms with students and institutions.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in the study abroad industry and 2 years managing a branch or centre in the study abroad industry

Skills Required:

  • Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
  • Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
  • Flexibility over working hours.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
  • We are looking forward to a mature and Go-Getter kind of person with an excellent Intelligence Quotient, Leadership skills, Centre Management skills and Zeal to learn new products and services.

Salary

N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
