We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Compliance Officer (Legal)
Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ensure Employees adhere to Internal Procedures and Policies.
- Regular Compliance checks to evaluate the level of Compliance with relevant Regulatory bodies.
- Drafting of Letters and Legal Correspondences.
- Negotiations with Consultants, Contractors, sub-contractors and other persons.
- Registration, filling and Verification at relevant Authorities.
- Participated in high-profile client interview
- Preparation of Legal documents such as legal correspondence
- Preparation of contracts and agreements
- Conducting legal research
- Documentation of meetings.
- Liaise with Departments in identifying Legal Risks and proffer Solutions.
- Ensure that the affairs of the company are managed in accordance with its Object.
- Monitoring changes in relevant Legislation.
- Taking and Preparation of Minutes.
- Preparation and Review of Contracts & Agreements.
- Proper filing of electronic and hard-copy documents
- Monitoring changes in relevant Legislation.
- Regulatory Engagements
- Preparation of Legal documents such as legal correspondence
- Preparation of contracts and agreements
- Client representation in civil and criminal proceedings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4-11 years experience.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / Month.
