Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Merchandiser
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers inquiries, and requests.
- Stock and replace products to avoid damages.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products.
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
- Prepare store display and make sure products are accurately labelled.
- Process customer’s order and payment in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, NCE, OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience in a supermarket.
- Must be computer literate.
- Excellent Customer facing skill.
- Good communication skill.
Salary
N55,000 – N80,000 monthly.
