We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Graduate Trainee
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Graduate Trainee include: Actively participating in training within various units in the Agency to gain knowledge and familiarize self with the duties and functions of the various units and majorly shadow team members with the following:
- Contacting clients to get more information on their travel specifications and making arrangements to meet their travel needs.
- Familiarize self and stay updated with company products and services.
- Attending to all mails pertaining to the department
- Creating contents related to travels and company’s products.
- Meeting all Departmental and Agency standards as advised by the management, this includes but is not limited to the Code of Conduct, client Service Standards and record-keeping requirements.
- Providing clients with accurate information on products and services as may be requested.
- Advise clients based on travel information.
- Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Provide weekly report on trainings and tasks performed.
- Other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 0 – 1 years experience.
