We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Risk & Compliance Support

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Department: Risk & Compliance
Sector: Consumer Finance

Summary

  • An Operational Risk & Compliance support will assist to coordinate operational risk processes in the company, conducting analysis and monitoring compliance of internal policies and procedures.
  • The ideal candidate is expected to be analytical, and participate in the company’s policy setting, while working to reduce the risk of loss from abuse and compliance violations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the Risk and Compliance team in the implementation of the annual risk and compliance plans
  • Support close-out procedures for process improvement in alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist in preparing for meetings and other events
  • Assist with the compilation of information required for the Compliance Register
  • Verification of documents provided by Businesses during onboarding
  • Assist with other functions within the team where required

  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Some work experiences
  • Knowledgeable in interpretation of laws and regulations
  • Eager to learn and work with members of the team and other units
