The term four figure is often used to describe a salary in this range since it’s the least amount of digits needed on a standard calculator to input a number into the system.

So if you’re wondering how much four figures is, the answer depends on what you earn in a year. 

If your annual salary is $40,000, four figures equal about $4,000. 

If your salary is $90,000, then four figures will equal around $9,000. 

Of course, these numbers vary depending on where you reside and other factors such as the cost of living or being self-employed.

They must have an associate’s degree in medical assisting from an accredited school or program.

3. Hairdresser

The average salary for a hairdresser in the U.S. is around $45,000 annually.
