We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Collection Officer
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Keep tracking outstanding debts through phone calls
- Plan course of action to recover owed money
- Locate and contact debtors
- Update account status and database regularly
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
- Handle customers’ questions or complaints
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
Qualifications / Experience / Skills
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / NCE qualification
- 0 -1 year of experience as a recovery officer
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
