Sinoma Nigeriais mainly responsible for project management and services in the Federal Republic of Nigeria and West Africa. Scope of business includes but not limited to Fabricating, Industry Constructional Engineering, Civil Constructional Engineering, etc.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: PLC Automation Engineer
Location: Kuje, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Primary responsibilities includes but not limited to setting up, programming, testing, and implementation of computer control systems used for production automation and industrial equipment design. Which are stand-alone, or components of a larger project.
- This position applies specific knowledge of automated and process control systems to manufacturing processes with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed design of automation and process control systems that integrate PCs, PLCs, variable speed drives, motion control, and related process control systems.
- Work closely with corporate engineering controls team and manufacturing IT team on implementing the latest standards on automation and data reporting systems.
- Develop, configure and debug control system programming including PLCs, OT networks, HMI, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 3 – 5 years work experience.
- Automation Engineering experience
- Knowledge of PLCs
- Foreign candidate of Pakistan National is preferable.
