We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Channel Support Engineer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Experience in installation / troubleshooting / maintenance of 450VA to 30KVA UPS / Inverters
• Onsite support for site survey, installation or commissioning when necessary
• Onsite support in case of major or critical problems that can’t be solved by customer or Dealer
• Handling battery charging discharging testing for customers
• Charging new batteries and repair equipment
• Record and maintain the Battery test report for all tasks
• Handle RCA and warranty claim process
• Repair faulty inverter spares in repair center
• Responsible for compliance with ISO system for business process.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 7 years work experience.

Salary

N80,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
