Job Title: Mobile Application Developer (Flutter)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced mobile developer to join our dynamic team. Your role will require you to create and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• You will be collaborating with colleagues to develop functional mobile applications while working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and development of Flutter mobile apps.
• Create multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google’s Flutter development framework
• Communicate effectively with teams and management
• Understanding requirements and coordinating with development teams
• Be up to date on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies especially Flutter.
• Develop solutions that integrate with the company’s proprietary services and other 3rd party services using libraries, web services, and other technologies.
• Deploy applications on app stores
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile development
• Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Mobile app experience 2+ years (Flutter, Dart, Kotlin/Java, Swift/Objective C)
• Knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming
• Knowledge using some of these Databases such as but not limited to SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite, and Firebase.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Ability to integrate backend systems with Restful/GraphQL services.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Solid understanding of application architecture and principles i.e. MVP, MVVM, MVC, etc.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile development processes and methodologies.
