We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Butcher
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Prepare, Cut, Trim and / or Package consumer-sized portions of meat for use or sale in the retail establishment.
- Prepare special cut of meat as ordered by customers.
- Cut, trim, bone, tie and grind meats such as beef, pork, poultry and fish for preparation as meat in cooking form.
- Assist to achieve department budgeted sales and profit target.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 2 years work experience.
