We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Legal Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Grade Requirement: Entry level – Assistant Banking Officer

Job Summary

• Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary in the effective and efficient discharge of functions towards meeting the organisation’s corporate governance, legal and regulatory obligations.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B); Barrister at Law (B.L)
• Call to the Nigerian Bar

Work Experience:

• 2 years’ post call to bar with at least 1 year in company secretariat or legal function.
