Job Description

• As a Software Architect, you will be leading and directing Engineers and writing code using an Agile mindset whilst developing and supporting a learning organization model through coaching, training, and mentorship.
• You will be utilizing techniques such as Acceptance Test Driven Development, SOLID principals, Micro-Service/Modular Services, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deliver to provide quality deliverables across the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Leading and directing an international team, whilst staying hands on
• Mentoring and growing other Engineer’s skillsets whilst working on a large scale
• Writing code using an Agile mindset
• Develop and support a learning organization model through coaching, training and mentorship
• Being a key contributor to the continued growth of the team
• Consulting and sharing information with the teams and organization

Requirements

• B.Sc in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
• Experience working on large scale and multiple team projects as a Software Architect
• Proven experience of Cloud (Azure, AWS)
• 5 years of industry experience in area of technical expertise
