What You’ll Achieve

• As a Professional Services Consultant, you will leverage in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and technical solutions to provide technical and consultative guidance and help the customer increase their operational efficiencies.

You Will

• Lead and/or contribute to Cyber Recovery solution and proposal development, once project goals and objectives have been defined.
• Operate as a subject matter expert on Cyber Recovery solutions within the Consulting practice, including managing customer engagements, delivering technical Cyber Recovery workshops to customers, and interpreting/managing Statements of Work (SOW’s).
• Have oversight of Cyber Recovery solutions at all stages of the lifecycle – from initial requirement gathering/validation, through to solution design and delivery.
• Plan implementations and advance strategies for new initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

• Good technical knowledge of Cyber Recovery and Data Protection solutions, including experience with Data Protection / Backup Recovery.
• Strong writing skills and demonstrated ability to document processes for the customer.
• Fluid communication skills in working with the customer, including awareness of stakeholders and ability to influence outcomes.
• Knowledge and understanding (and the application) of project management principles and methodologies, preferably within a Professional Services / Consulting Delivery setting.
• 5 – 8 years experience with the above.

Desirable Requirements:

• Understanding of the wider IT landscape including Network, Storage, Compute , Replication, Backup / Recovery Architectures.
• Understanding of TOGAF framework.
