We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Programme Accountant
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Requirements / Skills
- First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent work experience. Professional Accounting qualification is an added advantage.
- Three or more years proven working experience in project Accounting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize various daily/weekly/monthly tasks and projects while working in a challenging environment.
- Knowledge of electronic systems (including Cost Point, Cognos, Quicken, QuickBooks, Concur).
- Innovative, creative, enthusiastic approach.
- Ability to be detail-orientated and highly organized.
Job Title: Head of Monitoring and Evaluation
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Requirements / Skills
- First Degree in a quantitative discipline (preferably in Social Science, Economics, or Statistics)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of M&E methodologies both quantitative & qualitative and proven ability to design monitoring instrumentation tools.
- Extensive knowledge in experimental program evaluation designsExcellent coordination and communication skills gained through experience in the supervision of field staff.
- Broad experience in the design and implementation of capacity building activities in M&E.
- High level of proficiency in Windows Excel and/ or Statistical Software (SPSS, STATA).
- Advanced skills in data analysis presentation and report writing.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with a proactive, energetic approach to problem solving.

Job Title: Head of Programmes

Job Requirements / Skills
- First Degree in any Social Sciences subject.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- At least 10 years proven working experience in programme management
- Experience of leading and managing small teams.
- Experience of setting up new projects and programmes.
- Understanding of and working with monitoring and evaluation frameworks
- NGO, Private, and public sector experience.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
