Job Title: Project Architect

Job Description
- We are looking to engage the services of a Project Architect who will be responsible for managing construction projects from the design conceptualization phase till completion of the construction.
The Profile
- First Degree or HND in Architecture from a reputable tertiary institution.
- ARCON certification with at least 3 years post-certification experience in a reputable architectural firm.
- Monitoring the design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea.
- Oversee the development and implementation of architectural designs for projects and ensure compliance with specific standards, building codes, guidelines & regulations.
- Coordinate the project design team to ensure constructions are completed promptly and within cost budget.
- Provide clients with recommendations on building code requirements, zoning and material specifications.
- Monitor and review the preparation of technical drawings, calculations, estimates, plans and reports for correctness and accuracy.
