We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Care Coordinator
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Monitor the delivery of health care services to all our enrollees by the providers
- Attend to provider requests, needs and complaints.
- Maintain a good relationship with our providers.
- Participate in onsite wellness programs for enrollees.
- Deliver talks on how the scheme works to groups of new clients.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of all activities as required.
- Visit providers regularly for general case management review and visitation/inspections.
- Responsible for collecting, collating and analyzing of data from care providers.
- Regularly onboard new credible providers.
- Any other function as assigned by the Head of Department such as marketing IHMS products.

Requirements
- Candidates should possess MBBS / MBChB qualification
- Must have 1-3 years work experience
Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 / Month
