Job Summary

• One of our client is looking to urgently employ the services of an agile, intelligent, proactive, enthusiastic, young and driven individual who will be responsible for all clerical activities within the organization.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or Social Sciences
• Ability to plan, coordinate the agenda and record minutes of business meetings, as well as follow-up with all relevant stakeholders on all agreed action points.
• Must be able to provide strong administrative support to the MD / CEO of the company.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience occupying the role of a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Secretary for a senor level executive in a reputable organization.
