Job Title: Senior Fixed Deposit Marketer / Sales Agent(s)

Purpose Statement
- We are looking to hire experienced and knowledgeable Fixed Deposit Marketer(s) that can help advance our company’s mission. The major focus of this role is to participate in tactical sales/marketing activities for the mobilization of fixed deposit accounts for the company.
Key Deliverables
- Mobilization of fixed deposit accounts for the company.
- Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
- Successfully increase sales and acquire new customers/ fixed deposit accounts.
- Create persuasive arguments to mobilize fixed account deposits
- Create cost-benefit analyses of customers.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Regularly reach out to potential customers.
- Keep up with current sales trends.
Requirements
- 6-8proven experience as a successful Sales Agent in the Banking sector.
- Passion for Sales and Results Driven
- Experience as a Sales Agent in a bank/financial institution is preferred
- HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
