Job Description

• We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef.

Job Summary

• Responsible for all food production including that used for buffet & private functions.
• Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes.
• Develop and monitor food budget for the kitchen.
• Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE certificate
• Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is preferred
• 8 – 10 years’ experience as a Chef
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and process management skills.
