Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status.
• Ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely. Also, carry out a daily inspection of the general condition of the assigned motorcycle.
• Responsible for contacting customers to verify the delivery address.
• Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: SSCE / OND
• Applicants who have undergone training or acquired certifications related to Safety & Environment will have an added advantage
• Proficient in English and an active listener with excellent communication.
• Applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a dispatch rider
• Applicant must possess a valid Bike Riders’ Identification Card
• Applicant must be familiar with routes within and around Lagos State
