Description

• Operating areas are the stockpiles and the crane Hall.
• Monitor all joints on the B06, B19, B20, and the stacker boom belts. (D02) for possible Joint opening so as to avoid belt snapping.
• Set the piles to crush into in the stockpiles and notify the crusher operator accordingly.
• Operating areas are the stockpiles and the crane Hall.

• Set the piles to crush into in the stockpiles and notify the crusher operator accordingly.
• Monitor the stacker chute for blockages that may incur down time.
• Stop the stacker boom by pull cord to clear blockages in the chute.
• Identify all areas requiring maintenance attention in the stockpiles and report to the crusher operator.
• Move the manual gate to B19, or stacker 2 chute as may be required.
• Attend the daily Tool Box Talk at the resumption of shift operation.
• Ensure necessary PPEs are used on regular basis.
• Clearing of overload in the crane-hall.
• Constantly liaising with the crusher operators by giving feeding back on operation.
• Other functions as may be assigned.
• Stop as appropriate to correct all malfunctioning or in case of failure, report to the crusher operator for further action.

Requirements

• WASC + 16 years’ experience
• Trade Test II + 24 years’ experience
• Trade I + 16 years’ experience
• OND + 5 years’ experience
• Good communication skill
• Computer Literacy with proficiency in MS word
• Ability to work under pressure
• A Team Player and ability to learn
• Must be dedicated and accountable
