Description

• We are looking for a professional Deputy General Manager (Mines) to coordinate and oversee our organization’s mines operations. The specific duties of an Deputy General Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of mines operations and implement best practices across all levels.
• Responsible for the overall management of Mining Projects
• Assisting in staffing, outlining project plans, setting project goals/deadlines and evaluating performance
• Ensure the safety and health of Mines Workers
• Recommends corrective action when problems are detected
• Provides input to strategic decision that affects the functional area of responsibility
• Prepare Annual Mining Budgets
• Resolving issues arising from operation

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc (Mining Engineering) + 24 Years’ experience
• Good communication skill
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
• Good Leadership Quality
