Position Description
- The Operator / Technician is to be part of a team that is accountable for all operations and maintenance activities at the fertilizer plant;
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain Fertilizer plant equipment
- Operate the plant monitoring all operational equipment
- Identify process improvement or optimization opportunities
- Ensure the delivery of optional results against appropriate performance metrics
- Assist the Plant Administrator and the other Technicians in the performance of their duties as required.
Desired Qualification / Preferred Competencies
- OND (Electrical Engineering) with 0 to 10 years experience (OR) Trade Test 1 in the relevant field with more than 10 years of experience.
