Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Pre-Commisioning / Commisioning / Lead

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Permanent / Full time

Job Responsibilities

• Heads the pre-commissioning and commissioning departments respectively and responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the unit.
• Ensure that the Pre-commissioning / Commissioning technical document respects the schedule and quality for the need of related procurement, fabrication, Pre-commissioning / Commissioning operations on site.

Requirements

• B.Sc. /HND Engineering or sciences
• Minimum 15 years of proven work experience.
• Have strong working knowledge of construction contracts, contractor inspection procedures and construction work sequences for topside.
• A good knowledge of International codes / standards (AWS, API).
• Conversant with General Arrangement (GA) engineering and structural drawings including building marking plans, also with isometrics and P&IDs. Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

Primary Skills:

• B.Sc. / HND Engineering or Sciences, knowledge of International Codes & Standards
