Turkish Furniture Republic is a Turkish furniture manufacturing company based in Abuja, a Subsidiary of Firat Building Materials Limited. We specialize in furniture production with state of the art designs and a fully functional and well equipped factory at Amadem Plaza, Mabushi, Abuja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Truck Driver

Location: Kado, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Details

• The Services of a driver are curently needed at Furniture Republic, located at Kado Mall after Next Cash and Carry.
• Candidates applying for this Position are expected to be familiar with driving a Truck as more of the duties requires movement of client’s goods from one location to the other within Abuja Metropolis.

Responsibilities

• Movement of client orders/other itemsfrom the company’s location to client’s Residence orchosen destination.
• Assisting the company to cover logistics as regards the delivery of goods by ensuring the best possible routes are used to get to client destination in the best possible time.
• Maintenance of the company vehicle(s), cleaning, regular checks.
• Assisting the company to procure materials and delivering them as prompt as possible.
• General Movement of the company goods to the carriage vehicle.

Required Skills and Qualification

• SSCE / GCE / NECO with 1-5 years work experience.
• Good Working/Driving knowledfge of Abuja Roads.
• Well Spoken English as well as written.
