Our Client; a reputable OIL & GAS COMPANY is looking to fill the role of VALVE TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities

• Correction of fault on Pressure and Temperature controller for Control Valve
• Valves root cause analysis preparation and reporting.
• Calibration of Pilot operated Relief Valve
• Troubleshooting of Remote Operated Valve
• Calibration of Pressure switch, level and temperature transmitter
• Use of Ventil test bench for PSVs calibration.
• Use of Servo hydraulic test bench for shut off valves testing.
• Use of Forever star test bench for butterfly valves testing.
• Use of Resato high pressure gas booster pump for gas testing.
• Use of Servo hydraulic test bench for control valve testing
• Dismantling of safety valves from the line
• Overhauling, servicing, testing, calibration and recertification of pressure control valves (PCV)
• Overhauling, servicing, testing, calibration and recertification of vacuum valves (pvsv)
• Production of tags, identification and tagging of safety valves in the whole plant
• Re-installment after calibration
• Pre-commissioning exercise of the safety valves
• Servicing, testing, calibration and documentation and well experienced in API 598, API 6D,API 526,API 527, API 576 API 2000 methodologies of servicing, testing and calibration of control valves, pressure relief valves and pressure vacuum safety
• Inspection of pressure safety valves and bench Testing of PSV and PRV

Requirements

Min of HND

• 5 Years’ experience in valve maintenance, servicing, root cause analysis reporting, testing, calibration, planning and execution of jobs.
• Must involve in many onshore, offshore implementations of projects, ensuring quality and scheduled delivery of solutions.
