The management of Sujimoto Construction Limited is currently hiring Telemarketing Specialist to fill the vacant position at their Lagos office.
Sujimoto Construction Limited is a luxury real estate and construction company with a vision to dominate Nigeria’s real estate industry. The firm covers all areas of construction, including the pre and post phases. Our major expertise is in luxury real estate development. We have also expanded our operations into facility management and direct construction, catering to the discerning real estate investor who wishes to be associated only with bespoke and iconic structures.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about company projects
- Answering questions company products and services
- Enter and update customer information and status in the database
Requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
