Owens and Xley Consults – Our client, a luxury salon in Ikoyi is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Salon Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and any complaints.
• Respond and follow up with email messages.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings
• Galvanize the salon team.
• Have effective leadership skills.
• Oversee general running of the business.
• Ensure salon policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Keep records of income and expenses and produce weekly reports.
• Carry out inventory monthly.

Requirements

Compulsory skills required:

• Conflict resolution.
• Well written and spoken English.
• Know how to use excel.
• Social media savvy.

Other Requirements:

• Should have easy access to Ikoyi
• Must work a minimum of 2 Sundays a month.

Remuneration

N80,000 – N100,000 / month.
