Q4 2025 Kuya Grant for African & LATAM Founders (Up to USD 50,000 in Grant Funding)

Join Us on WhatsApp

If your startup in Africa or Latin America is already generating revenue, the Q4 2025 Kuya Grant offers a rare chance to access non-dilutive capital (no equity given away) to fuel your next growth leap. Alongside funding, selected winners receive pitch coaching, mentor support, and network access from VC professionals.

This is especially relevant for MSMEs and early-stage ventures seeking capital without surrendering ownership, while also building stronger investor readiness.

Apply Also: European Union Short Film Competition ( Up To N2 Million Prize)

What You Get (Benefits)

Up to USD 50,000 in grant funding

Direct mentorship from experienced investors and operators

Personalized feedback on your pitch deck

Strategic introductions to potential corporate partners and investors

Visibility via Kuya Capital’s network

Who Is Eligible

You must meet all of these:

Revenue-generating startup (or clear evidence of market demand)

Scalable business model with growth plans and a sizeable market

Founders with relevant domain or operational experience

Well-defined use of funds tied to concrete milestones

Legal registration or plans to register, compliant with local laws

Financial transparency — either audited statements (past two years) or robust forecasts (next three years)

Operate (or plan to operate) in Africa or Latin America

The sector is not restricted , the program is open to all industries.

The formal program kicks off after selection, running alongside mentoring, introductions, and follow-up support.

Smart Tips for Applicants

Tell a clear story: Your application should explain how your business works now and the path you’ll take with the grant. Realistic projections are more persuasive than optimistic guesses.

Show traction—not just ideas: Even small revenue or pilot clients help demonstrate you already have proof of demand.

Don’t oversell use of funds: Be precise—“hire two salespeople” or “build version 2.0 features” is better than “scale operations.”

Avoid copying templates verbatim: Investors see thousands of applications. Customize your pitch to reflect your local market and specific challenges.

Get external review: Ask someone with grant or VC experience to critique your draft before submission.

Mind eligibility caveats: If your company is not yet legally registered, include a plan and timeline for registration. If your forecasts are weak, add sensitivity analysis (e.g. “if growth is 20% lower”).
