NLNG Graduate Trainee Program Details
NLNG seeks to engage suitably qualified candidates for employment as Operators, Trainee Technicians, and Trainee Lab Analysts.
NLNG was incorporated as a limited liability company on May 17, 1989, to harness Nigeria’s vast natural gas resources and produce Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Natural Gas Liquids (NGLS) for the domestic and export markets. Eligibility Requirements for NLNG Graduate Trainee Program 2025
TRAINEE TECHNICIAN
Candidates should:
- Possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Metallurgical, or Instrumentation Engineering obtained at a minimum of Upper Credit Level.
TRAINEE LAB ANALYST
Candidates should:
- Possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Science Laboratory Technology obtained at a minimum of Upper Credit Level.
OPERATOR
Candidates should:
- Possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Chemical, Instrumentation, Petroleum/Gas, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electronics/Electrical Engineering, obtained at a minimum of Upper Credit Level.
- Have 4 years of working experience in LNG operations.
- Have skills in LNG processes and auxiliary operating areas (Gas Transmission, NG Treatment, NG Pre-cooling and Liquefaction, Liquid Handling Unit, LNG Utilities, Storage, and Loading).
For all the above-listed positions, candidates should also possess:
- Proficiency in information technology, innovation, and digitalization.
- Have completed NYSC not earlier than the year 2021.
