Call for Applications: 3MTT Innovation Challenge 2024 for Women (Up to 6 million naira Cash)
To celebrate International Women’s Day 2024, the Federal Ministry of Information, Innovation, and Digital Economy, in collaboration with 3MTT, presents an innovation challenge exclusively for women.
The Minister of Information, Innovation, and Digital Economy, in a statement, expressed his strong advocacy for female participation in the workforce, particularly in technology. He announced an exciting collaboration between the @3MTTNigeria program and HerTechHub, an initiative of the Office of the Special Assistant to the President on Women Affairs, led by Engr. Fatima Abubakar-Faruk.
Participate in two challenges organized by HerTechHub and 3MTT and stand a chance to win one of 370 laptops, 774 tablets, internship opportunities, as well as a share of 6 million naira.
Challenge 1: CommuniTech Innovation Challenge for Women
In this challenge, participants are tasked with developing innovative solutions to local community problems using technology.

How to participate:
- Develop an innovative solution to community problems leveraging technology.
- Ensure the solution is impact-driven, sustainable, and viable.
- Fill out the participation form here to enter the challenge.

Challenge 2: Knowledge Showcase for Women
This special #IWD2024 edition of the Knowledge Showcase is exclusively for women. Participants are invited to record a short video showcasing their learning journey in the 3MTT program.
How to apply:
- Create a 2-minute video explaining what you have learned so far in your 3MTT journey.
- Post the video on social media using the hashtag #HertechhubX3MTT and #IWD2024.
- Tag @3MTTNigeria and include your community ID in your post.
Deadline: March 3rd, 2024
