We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Material Engineer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Job Description
- Experience in oil and gas facilities materials (pipes, piping bulks, E&I, Corrosion, Pipeline, and structural materials) and also experience in inventory and preservation of materials methodology.
- Reviews supplies according to project specifications
- Manage all materials for fabrication and construction and pipeline installation.
- Read and fully understood by Quality Inspectors in charge of conducting the control operation.
- Manages warehouse, shipping, and receiving departments and processes.
- Ensures that Materials/Equipment received are in as shipped conditions
- Manage the free-issued materials from Client to contractor for use
- Develop materials reconciliation spreadsheet to track materials inward received and outward disbursement
