Selar’s Tuition Support Project endeavors to alleviate the financial burden of tertiary education for 50 final-year students across any accredited Tertiary Institution in Nigeria. With the escalating costs of education rendering it inaccessible for many, Selar’s initiative aims to facilitate the academic pursuits of deserving students by subsidizing their tuition fees.

The primary objective of Selar’s Tuition Fund is to empower Nigerian students by disbursing N5,000,000 in tuition support to 50 final-year students through this project. Notably, there is no application required for the Selar Tuition Fund; instead, candidates are automatically considered based on specific eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for Selar’s Tuition Fund, applicants must:

  • Reside and study in Nigeria.
  • Be enrolled as final-year students in an accredited tertiary institution, including public, select private, or polytechnic institutions.
  • Provide a clear statement of purpose outlining their financial or economic need and how the Tuition Support Project will aid them in completing their tertiary education.
  • Possess a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or a cumulative grade of 65% or higher, supported by academic records.
  • Demonstrate financial or economic need.

Benefits:

The program offers N5,000,000 in tuition support, benefiting 50 final-year students.

Application Process:

Qualified applicants are required to submit the following documents:

  • Academic transcript.
  • A concise statement of purpose (not exceeding 500 words) elucidating their financial or economic need and articulating how the Tuition Support Project will facilitate the completion of their tertiary education.
