We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Mechanical Shift Engineer
Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full Time
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all preventive and schedule maintenance, troubleshooting, utility operations smoothly for 100% availability of all machines.
- Cost saving and technical suggestion for improvement of machine performance.
- Energy efficient operation and maintenance of equipment efficiency.
- Ensure monitoring on logbooks, checklists, ISO documentations and SAP.
- Evaluation of machine failure and root cause analysis
- Establish rhythm for departmental reporting and discipline.
- Ensure allotted jobs to be finished within time bound with safety precautions.
- Job allotment for team and collaboration with team
Qualifications / Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering
- Sound experience in mechanical rotary and static equipment.
- Good operational experience in utility and ETP plants.
- Experience in Mechanical maintenance in a Manufacturing/Process industry with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
