Job Title: Scrum Master (SBO – AM)
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Overview
- Responsible for collaborating with members of the team on Agile processes and ensure strict adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices in order to get the best product out
Requirements
Mandatory:
- BSc in STEM Course
- Agile Scrum Master certification
- Minimum of at least 6 – 8 years’ experience in Agile/Scrum practices
Desirable:
- MSC in Computer Science/Engineering or Numeric Science
- PSM II, PSM III, PMI-ACP,
Skills:
- Good knowledge of scrum practices in the financial industry
- Product management and good Agility practice
- Analytical Skills/ Problem solving
- Performance management and coaching skills
Salary
N300,000 – N700,000 / Month.
