This program encompasses diverse skills, including directing, producing, cinematography, commissioning, and more, allowing participants to glean insights and hands-on experience.

- Pan-African Reach: Spanning three regions and 13 countries across Africa, MTFza is the first academy of its kind, catering to emerging talent in TV and film.
- Comprehensive Skill Development: Sixty talented individuals from East, West, and Southern Africa have the opportunity to refine their skills alongside industry experts.
- Funding and Accreditation: The program is fully funded and offered through accredited regional MTF Academies in Kenya, Nigeria, and Zambia, in collaboration with esteemed local academic institutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- South African citizenship.
- Completion of a 3-year Diploma/Degree in film and TV or a related qualification within the last 2 years.
- Minimum C+ aggregate.
Application Procedure:
To apply, prospective candidates need to submit:
- A concise CV (not exceeding 2 pages).
- A personal motivation letter (not exceeding 500 words) outlining why they should be chosen.
- Certified copy of South African Identity Document.
- Certified copy of academic transcripts/Tertiary qualification Certificate.
- Verified confirmation of banking details with a bank stamp and/or letter.
- Proof of residential address with affidavit.
