Responsibilities
As a Senior Finance Manager- Subsea Production System- SSA you will be responsible for:
- Managing a large diverse high performing team of individuals in the region
- Working with the region leader to present a clear and compelling vision on strategy, business and support for the region both within and outside the region.
- Working with the operating team to develop actions plans to implement the strategy for the region.
- Influencing senior business management to change structures, roles, ways of working to drive efficiency.
- Driving the region leadership to deliver to financial and operational targets.
- Upholding the highest level of controllership and compliance in the region

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree or a High School Diploma /GED.
- At least 5 years as a Senior Finance Manager.
- Have significant experience in Finance.
- Knowledge of Oracle application is an added advantage.
- Background in Audit is an added advantage.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others.
- Show the ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Ability to create and manage project plans and large working teams.
- Show good international experience.
