Job Title: Software Tester
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
The software testers should have the following desirable skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and performance expectations.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test plans and scripts.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze test results, and provide recommendations for optimizations.
- Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and scripts using tools such as JMeter and Gatling.
- Carry out both manual and automated testing to ensure end-to-end test coverage.
- Monitor and analyze application and infrastructure metrics during performance tests.
- Participate in root cause analysis of performance issues and contribute to their resolution.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, tools, and trends related to performance testing.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate performance testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Conduct stress testing, load testing, and endurance testing to assess system reliability and scalability.
Criteria
- Must Reside in Lagos and ready to commute
- Must be willing to work on site for the first one-month, before switching to hybrid.
Salary Range
N300,000 – N400,000 / month.
