Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (ELVS)
Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job Overview
- Maintenance engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of equipment, machinery, or facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify potential issues or areas needing maintenance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot ELV equipment or other technical problems to determine the root cause of malfunctions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive measures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to operations.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations to minimize downtime and address critical issues.
- Repairs: Perform repairs on faulty equipment or systems, using tools and technical expertise to restore functionality.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to proactively address issues and prevent breakdowns.
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 2 – 5 years of experience as a ELV Maintenance Engineer
- Good knowledge of Maintenance Processes documentation, engineering drawings, technical reports, and as-built documentation.
