Job Title: Project Assistant ( Male)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be required to provide support to the office of the Chief Executive Officer.
Job Duties
- Act as a point of contact and secretary on behalf of the organization.
- Assist with preparing BOQ, BEME for project works with cover letters respectively.
- Prepares invoices and dispenses them accordingly.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth dissemination of information to departments from top to bottom and vis-versa.
- Handles correspondence; Draft Mails; Responds to Mails
Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
- Candidates with background in Office Management / Adminstration will be preferred
- Candidates with a minimum of upper credit academic qualification are preferred.
- Candidates with good proximity to Ikoyi will be preferred.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
