Description
- We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Supervisor. As a Project Supervisor at Floorkraft, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various flooring projects to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate flooring projects from initiation to completion.
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp to create project layouts and plans.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project progress and compliance with specifications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role in the construction or flooring industry.
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management software.
Salary Range
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
