We are recruiting to fill the position below;
Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Quality Testing and Inspection:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify the quality and functionality of products/services.
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
Quality Standards Compliance:
- Ensure that products/services adhere to industry standards, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Generate comprehensive reports on quality assurance findings and recommend corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to identify areas for quality improvement.
- Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Test Automation:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
Regression Testing:
- Perform regression testing to ensure that software updates or changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Monitor and validate bug fixes and enhancements.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Coordinate and conduct UAT with end-users to validate that products meet user requirements and expectations.
