Responsibilities
- Utilize your recent experience as a direct sales agent in a bank to identify, prospect,engage and sell our financial products topotential investors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings and develop effective sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently contributing to the growth of the organization.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and recommending investment strategies that align with their objectives.
- Actively promote our diverse range of investment products and services, highlighting their benefits and advantages.
- Stay current with market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and informed investment advice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- Minimum of recent 5 years of direct sales experience in a banking environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the banking or financial sector.
- In-depth understanding of investment products, financial markets, and economic trends.
Salary
N400,000 – N1,000,000 / Month.
