GreenTech Industries Limited is a foremost indigenous value-added technology-driven manufacturer and processor of cassava tubers, corn and sweet potatoes into pharmaceutical and food-grade industrial starch. Our current annual installed production line processing capacity is 200,000 metric tons of raw cassava root tubers, with the plan to activate a second production line of similar capacity using corn as a feedstock. GTI products are processed to serve both the local and international pharmaceutical and food/beverage native starch markets.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator
Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Regular cleaning of equipment and machinery.
- Perform line change over, set up, startup including data collection.
- Responsible for operating the machines used in factories to package products.
- Adhere to all company safety standards in the line of work.
- Executing preventive maintenance on the machine and maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the work area.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Must be able to work within the duration of 8am -8pm daily (Monday to Saturday).
- Must be clean shaved to work in our food processing environment.
- Must have experience in sewing of 50kg bags.
- Must have experience in using a packaging sewing machine and maintaining it.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Proximity within Agbara and its environment.
