We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Plant Supervisor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure Stock Control is carried out efficiently and effectively
- Consistently monitoring stock levels
- Provide adequate oversight to prevent wastage or theft
- Ensure all damaged and/or out-of-date equipment is removed and placed in a designated quarantine area.
- Receive orders from CFA, confirm payments with the accountant, ensure cylinders are adequately filledby plant fillers, and send cylinders to the delivery personnel.
- Perform minor maintenance activities on LPG dispensers
- Optimize the sales cycles, and alert the plant manager on restock levels
- Raise purchase orders
- Reports to the plant manager
- Ensure that all pricing of products is correct
- Accurately record daily wastage and products used in the store
- Oversee plant activities
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, especially LPG products, including on-the-job research
- Create a conducive environment in which sales can grow
- Receive and perform quality and quantity checks on inbound inventory.
- Take and record daily inventory at the beginning and close of each work shift
- Ensure plant operators attend to customers promptly
- Ensure smart cylinders are replaced as when due using data provided by the customer Fulfillment Analyst (CFA).
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / Month.
