Job Title: Production Superintendent
Location: Anambra

Job Duties
- Reviewing safety procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that the right amount of materials are on hand to meet demand
- Working with engineers to design new products or improve existing products
- Maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure smooth delivery of materials,
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that materials are available when needed
- Ensuring that equipment is functioning properly and that work environments are safe and comfortable for workers
- Scheduling shifts and overseeing daily operations to ensure that production goals are met
- Overseeing employee training on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Managing the hiring of new employees to replace those who leave the company
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in Chemical / Material Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Industrial Chemical etc with 4 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- The applicant must have 4 – 5 years working experience in plastic manufacturing company with good leadership skills,communication skills, problem solving skills, supervisory skills and time management skills.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
