They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Dredging Operations Manager

Location: Benue
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a Dredging Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our dredging projects. Your expertise should encompass offshore and channel dredging within and outside your locality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of dredging operations, ensuring they are executed efficiently and safely.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand and manage the cultural and community aspects of projects, demonstrating sensitivity and respect.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including dredge masters and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives, budget constraints, and timelines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Manage and resolve any challenges that may arise during the dredging process.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the dredging industry.
  • Previous experience working for international dredging companies in supervisory, managerial, or dredge master roles.
  • Proven expertise in offshore and channel dredging operations.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to manage cultural and community aspects of projects with sensitivity.

Remuneration

N450,000 – N600,000 Monthly (Negotiable).
