Women Reform Organization is a Pan-African, Humanitarian Organization with the social corporate responsibility of creating awareness, enlightenment, and regenerating the giant strides inherent in African Women, through campaigns, empowerment programmes, and advocacy for qualitative education, vocational training & mentorship. We are also interested in creating a platform of business opportunities for Female Entrepreneurs, with the sole objective of sharpening their entrepreneurship skills aimed at eradicating the penury lifestyle among African Women.

About the Job
- In your capacity as the Head of Communications & Media, you will spearhead The Women Reform Organization’s core communication strategy, aiming to achieve several key objectives: enhancing our public profile, influencing policy, generating revenue, and safeguarding our reputation.
- Our overarching goal is to elevate The Women Reform Organization brand, thereby amplifying our operational impact and maintaining our position as a catalyst for positive change.
- To excel in this role, you must possess a profound understanding of the dynamics of a small and growing charitable organization. and deeply committed to advancing women’s economic growth and bring to the table a blend of strategic acumen and unwavering determination.
Overview of the Role
- You will serve as an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the President, and collaborating closely with fellow peers to execute and align with the organization’s strategic vision.
- Working in tandem with the team, you will offer guidance and support for nurturing ideas and initiatives from our members, partners, and supporters.
- As needed, you will identify and oversee external agencies or consultants for specific projects.
- Your responsibilities encompass the development and execution of The Women Reform Organization’s communication and earned media strategy, driving its continued evolution.
- Additionally, you will oversee and manage the digital strategy and resources, ensuring sustained growth and engagement.
- Leading the charge, you will pioneer the creation of innovative, creative, and high-impact campaigns, tactics, and content designed to foster signups, fundraising, and advocacy.
- This includes facilitating activities and support for our members and Ambassadors.
- In collaboration with the President, you will play a pivotal role in crisis management when such situations arise.
